Job Overview Do you consider yourself a high-performance automotive enthusiast or maybe just looking for a new career path? Precision Raceworks, LLC is an automotive aftermarket performance parts company with an in-house design team. We are currently looking for an individual eager to grow, self-motivated, and detailed oriented to be a part of our assembly and warehouse team. This position will involve collaborating closely with other team members and managers from different departments. The primary areas of concentration for this job are kit assemblies, packaging, and warehouse work. This is a full-time job Monday through Friday, 8am- 5pm. Pay will depend on experience . Background check is required . This is not a mechanic position as we do not install or work on customer vehicles . No tools required . However, you MUST be mechanically inclined along with attention to detail to be considered for this position. We will be asking questions and performing a test to check for this aptitude during the interview process. Responsibilities Work independently to pick parts based off a detailed build sheet Ensure correct items are pulled for builds Follow strict guidelines on assembling in house kits Help count inventory deliveries and move to correct warehouse location Help to keep warehouse inventory clean and organized Contribute to a safe work environment Must be willing to help and assist with other projects as needed Assist Managers with any tasks needed Experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and understand instructions and packing slips. Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, organized, and positive workplace Ability to frequently lift, push, pull and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50lbs Ability to go up and down ladder Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week Attention to detail and excellent time management skills a MUST Must have a positive personality Reliable means of transportation Willing to learn and follow strict instructions Mechanically inclined a MUST Punctual attendance is
