Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (occasional flexibility may be required) About Us At Lavender & Birch Home Staging, we believe every home has a story to tell. Our mission is to create beautiful, welcoming spaces that help homes sell quickly and for top dollar. We're looking for a creative, dependable, and motivated Lead Stager to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys both interior design and hands-on work. You'll lead staging projects from start to finish, transforming vacant homes into spaces that buyers fall in love with. Responsibilities Lead the staging of vacant homes by selecting and arranging furniture, artwork, accessories, and décor to create inviting, market-ready spaces. Determine the best furniture layouts and design direction for each property. Load, unload, move, and install furniture and décor safely and efficiently. Lead staging crews on-site and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to Lavender & Birch's quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to complete staging installations and removals. Communicate professionally with homeowners, real estate agents, and team members. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, trucks, and staging inventory. Inspect inventory for damage and help maintain the quality of all staging furnishings and décor. Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations as needed. Qualifications Strong eye for interior design, color, scale, and furniture placement. Previous experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or a related field is preferred. Leadership experience or the ability to confidently lead a crew on staging days. Ability to lift and carry furniture weighing 50 pounds or more and perform physically demanding work throughout the day. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions independently while working on-site.
