This position involves operating assigned equipment, assisting with material movement, preparing work areas, and supporting crew members with daily construction tasks. The ideal candidate has practical equipment experience, follows safety procedures, and works well with a team. Responsibilities Operate assigned construction equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures. Assist with moving materials and preparing construction work areas. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns. Support drywall crews with material handling and site preparation. Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas. Follow instructions from supervisors and coordinate with other crew members. Use required personal protective equipment and follow job-site safety rules. Report equipment malfunctions, hazards, and unsafe conditions promptly. Requirements Previous construction or equipment operation experience preferred. Familiarity with construction tools and equipment. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Comfortable working in active construction environments.
