For over 15 years, we have provided high-quality hand deburring, edge breaking, polishing, and finishing services to machine shops and manufacturing customers who demand exceptional workmanship and attention to detail. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing quality work. Prior deburring experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Responsibilities Hand deburr machined metal components according to blueprint requirements and customer specifications. Remove burrs, sharp edges, and machining imperfections using hand tools and power-assisted deburring tools. Perform edge breaking, blending, polishing, and surface finishing operations. Read and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and customer requirements. Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met. Handle aerospace and defense components with care and attention to detail. Maintain accurate job tracking and production records as required. Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe. Communicate quality concerns or discrepancies to supervisors. Meet production goals while maintaining a high level of workmanship and quality. Assist with part washing, tumbling, packaging, and other finishing operations as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to work with small, intricate, and precision-machined components. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications Previous hand deburring experience. Aerospace, defense, machining, manufacturing, quality inspection, polishing, jewelry, toolmaking, gunsmithing, or similar precision handwork experience. Experience reading blueprints and engineering drawings. Familiarity with aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other aerospace materials.
