We are seeking a motivated Shop Assistant / Deburring Specialist to join our fast-paced precision manufacturing team. Your primary focus will be putting the finishing touches on our high-quality products by deburring precision CNC machined, laser-cut, and welded parts . For individuals with the right attitude, a strong focus, and a drive to learn, this role offers excellent opportunities for advancement into CNC machining, welding, or quality inspection.

Core Responsibilities Finishing & Deburring:

Utilize hand tools, grinders, sanders, and deburring equipment to smooth sharp edges, remove burrs, and clean surfaces on precision machined, laser-cut, and welded components.

Quality Inspection:

Visually inspect finished parts to ensure they meet cosmetic and dimensional standards before moving to the next production stage.

Shop Support:

Assist with material handling, loading/unloading parts, and general shop organization and cleaning to maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with machinists and welders to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements Attitude & Focus:

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to spot small imperfections and handle delicate, precision parts with care.

Physical Capabilities:

Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive hand motions, and lift up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 50 lbs] safely. Experience (Preferred but not required): Previous experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person .
