We are looking for a Deburring Technician/Machine Shop Helper who can operate various deburring tools and grinders. This role supports the machining department by preparing parts for final inspection, assembly, or additional processing. The technician will perform hand deburring, operate deburring tools and equipment, and conduct light inspections using basic measuring instruments. 1st shift 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday Deburring, Remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from machined metal components using hand tools and deburring equipment. Prepare and finish surfaces on precision machined parts to meet company quality standards. Use hand tools such as files, scrapers, deburring blades, and rotary tools to smooth and refine part edges. Operate basic deburring equipment including bench grinders, belt sanders, or pneumatic tools when required. Perform light inspection of finished parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Visually inspect parts to ensure burrs, rough edges, and surface imperfections are removed. Follow work orders, blueprints, and instructions to ensure proper finishing requirements are met.
