We manufacture and repair waste equipment. The ideal candidate will be experienced in labor work and work together with other employees as a team.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience in metal manufacturing processes preferred
  • Must be dependable
  • Able to work in a fast environment
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
  • Bi-Lingual is a plus Compensation is based on experience.

Cleaner / Grinder
Operator - Job Responsibilities Operate grinding equipment to remove excess material, burrs, weld spatter, and surface imperfections from fabricated metal parts. Clean and prepare finished products for painting, coating, assembly, or shipment. Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Use hand grinders, sanders, wire wheels, and other finishing tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards. Handle and move materials safely using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified). Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operating procedures. Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials throughout the production facility. Perform routine maintenance and basic inspections on grinding and cleaning equipment. Report equipment issues, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors. Work closely with fabrication, welding, and production teams to meet daily production goals. Ensure completed products meet customer specifications and company quality standards. Support general plant operations and perform other duties as assigned
