Aerospace manufacturing company in Valencia is seeking a shop assistant.

Duties:

The job requires multiple department responsibilities. The main departments will be deburr and cleaning.

• deburring, grinding, lapping, and general metal work
• Use hand held deburring knives and pneumatic tools equipped with burr tools to remove heavy burrs
• Cleaning parts that have been brazed to clean flux and debris from the parts in preparation for the next operation
• Pressure testing of parts after processing
• Daily cleaning and routine maintenance
• Basic knowledge of shop-related activities
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area while adhering to quality practices
• Good team player
• Cross-training Training is available but experience is desired.
