•3PM What's the Job? Operate power saws to cut and trim wooden pallets accurately and efficiently Set up and adjust saw equipment to meet production specifications Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Work overtime as needed to meet production demands What's Needed? Previous experience in warehouse, lumber, carpentry, roofing, landscaping, logistics, or construction is encouraged Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and airborne particulates Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Effective communication skills Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays depending on workload What's in it for me?
