  • $30 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Residential construction experience Construction plans Attention to detail Millwork Safety equipment Manufacturing Hand tools Manufacturing company experience Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced carpenter to build and prep high end cabinetry components for finish with a pay rate commensurate with that experience.
Only those with direct experience in custom residential millwork manufacturing will be considered. We are seeking honesty, reliability and a strong work ethic along with direct experience in Face frame construction, Microvellum experience or custom door profile experience strongly preferred. Duties
  • Construct and prep face frames, doors and other parts for finish.
  • Assemble face frames, cabinet boxes, custom doors, in-house drawers and components according to drawings and work instructions. Reading and interpreting drawings and written instructions of specialty projects.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes Experience
  • Direct millwork experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings or work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
Work Hours:
Production Shift:
7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime possible
Physical Activities and Safety:
75% standing, 15% walking
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
