Role:
The Grind Team Employee plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing or production environment. This position involves working closely with machinery and equipment to ensure that grinding processes meet quality and safety standards. Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of machine operation and mechanical processes. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
