PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading manufacturer of precision dental instruments used by dental professionals worldwide. This company is dedicated to producing high-quality, reliable instruments that support safe and effective patient care. We are hiring for a Dental Instrument Finisher in
Northbrook, IL Shift:
6:00 AM - 2:30
PM Pay Rate:
$17.00/
HR Dental Instrument Finisher Summary:
Perform finishing operations including buffing, grinding, shaping, and polishing on hardened dental instruments. Inspect instruments for quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications using measuring tools. Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and quality standards to ensure product excellence. Accurately document work, maintain a safe work environment, and assist with training as skills develop.
Dental Instrument Finisher Requirements:
High School Diploma copy required Previous experience working with machines, hand tools, grinding equipment, or finishing machinery preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards. Ability to read and write basic English, perform basic math, and learn to use measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to lift 10-25 lbs., sit for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing environment. Why PROMAN Staffing?
