Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Header Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 yeas of experience.

• Must have knowledge of setup and be able to problem solve in an effective manner
• Must have experience with measuremenet equipment
• Must have knowledge of grain flow to determine the quality of the fastener
• Must be able to read blueprints
