grinding machines and produce high-precision cutting tools. If you have a strong attention to detail and enjoy working with advanced machining technology, this is a great opportunity to grow your career. What You'll Do Operate

ANCA CNC

tool and cutter grinding machines to manufacture precision cutting tools Set-up and use manual grinding machines Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine tool geometry and grinding parameters Set up and program CNC grinders to meet exact customer requirements Perform in-process inspections to ensure quality and accuracy Troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and tool designs What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (technical/trade education preferred) 1-3+ years of CNC grinding and manual grinding experience (tool & cutter preferred) Familiarity with CNC programming and CAD concepts Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong attention to detail and precision Good communication and teamwork skills Why Join Us?
