Job Description

Job Summary:
Ensure quality of fabric coming out of the finishing range.Essential Functions:
Perform the following duties according toISO 9001
work instructions and standards: Watch fabric as it exits the finishing range, making sure it comes out straight without bow or bias. Also make sure cloth is drying properly. Let coater operator know if there are any problems with fabric or finish (i.e.Streaking).Measure coating to make sure the width is correct. Check Teflon coating with oil test where applicable and advise coater operator if test fails. Stamp process and date on tickets. Make sure tickets and piece numbers match fabric. Send or take fabric to a roll up (post inspector). Be sure to let him know if there are any rush orders which need to inspected first.
