The CNC Deburring Technician is responsible for finishing, deburring, cleaning, and assembling parts made on CNC machinery. If you are looking for an organization and career that will match your strong work ethic and passion for success, Delva Tool is a great place to start! •This position works a schedule of Monday thru Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm. The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience• Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow established safety procedures and work instructions. Work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment to complete deburring and finishing tasks in a timely manner. Use a wide variety of finishing tools such as scrapers and files, electric and pneumatic tools such as right-angle grinders, sanders, die grinding tools and deburring tumblers. Use of optical microscope to remove burrs from small parts under magnification. Ensure that finished parts are handled carefully as to remove sharp edges and burrs, but not cause damage to critical dimensions, features, and finished surfaces. Performs other related duties as assigned. Experience, Qualifications, and Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years' experience in a production environment preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be ablet o handle delicate parts without causing damage.
