We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Finishing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform manual deburring and abrasive bead blasting on precision CNC-machined components. You will ensure finished parts meet surface finish standards

Key Responsibilities Deburring & Edge Finishing:

Carefully remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from complex CNC-milled and turned metal/plastic parts using files and deburring blades, without altering critical part dimensions.

Bead Blasting:

Prepare and operate bead blasting cabinets to clean, descale, or apply uniform finishes to machined parts according to job specifications.

Equipment & Media Care:

Perform routine equipment checks on blast media condition, dust collectors, and tools to ensure stable operating conditions. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Follow all documented work instructions, routing sheets, and quality management protocols to ensure consistent production quality.

Safety & Workplace Organization:

Wear required PPE and follow safety rules

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Experience:

Entry-level Skills:

Excellent hand-eye coordination, steady hands, and fine motor skills. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards. Strong work ethic, dependability, and teamwork skills. Physical Demands & Working Conditions Ability to stand or sit at a workbench/blast cabinet for extended. Ability to safely lift, push, pull, or carry items up to 50 lbs. Fine finger dexterity to manipulate small, intricate CNC-machined components. Standard CNC shop environment exposure (dust, fine particulate media, noise, and cutting coolants) with PPE supplied. Schedule

Monday-Wednesday:

4:00 p.m. - 4:30 a.m.

Thursday:

4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
