Deburr Operator

JOB SUMMARY

Machine shop is looking for responsible person to finish and deburr various metal parts using hand tools and powered equipment. Inspect & verify parts for accuracy. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Set up deburring machines and maintain machines and tools as directed Performs deburring operations on a variety of parts using variable speed bench top motors, wire brushes, half rounds, files and scrapers, or other methods to maintain product quality Inspects parts for burr removal visually or uses simple gauges Performs routine machine/tool maintenance, as required Sorts and hand pack machined parts Maintains quality and production standards

Ability to work with hands and pay attention to detail Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times Prolonged periods of sitting or standing for long periods of time EOE, including disability/vets

$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
