ESM North in Rochester is seeking a Grinding/Deburring Operator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in metal finishing, grinding, deburring, or a similar manufacturing environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate time saver machine to remove burrs, sharp edges, and excess material from metal components Inspect parts for quality and workmanship Use hand tools as required Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other related production duties as needed

Qualifications:

Previous finishing, grinding, deburring, or similar manufacturing experience required Ability to work with hand tools and production equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team
