Saw-Cutter Operator/Technician

Overview Milcon Commercial Concrete is one of the largest commercial concrete contractors in the Miami Valley and is looking to fill a Saw-Cut Operator/Technician position immediately. We are seeking a motivated individual who can work independently, lead a small crew, and maintain high-quality standards. Valid driver's license required; must be able to pass background screening for military base entry. Responsibilities

• Drive truck and trailer with equipment to job sites
• Measure and lay out saw cuts according to project plans
• Saw cut all types of green concrete
• Maintain and inspect sawing equipment
• Lead and supervise 1-2 crew members Preferred Skills
• Understand the stages of concrete setting
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Mechanically inclined with ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment and power tools
• Ability to operate a skid steer
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities To Be Successful in This Role
