Job Description

Job Summary We are a progressive stamping manufacturer expanding our operations and seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Tumbling Operator to support our new finishing department. This role will be responsible for operating tumbling equipment to deburr and finish stamped parts while ensuring consistent quality and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor tumbling equipment (vibratory or barrel) to process stamped parts Load and unload parts, media, and compounds as required for each job Inspect finished parts to ensure proper deburring, surface finish, and quality standards are met Adjust cycle times, media, and processes to achieve optimal results Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on tumbling equipment Follow all work instructions and adhere to established quality and safety procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members across departments
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tumbling, deburring, or metal finishing is a plus, but not required Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes Basic math skills and attention to detail Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods (8+ hours) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift experience is a plus We're looking for someone reliable and adaptable who can grow with this new department. Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
