Press Operator - Progressive Stamping - 1st Shift

We are a progressive stamping manufacturer seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining efficient production flow and ensuring high-quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor stamping presses to ensure safe and efficient production Perform basic maintenance on tooling to support continuous and efficient operation Load raw material and safely restart the stamping process as needed Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members across departments Follow all work instructions and adhere to established quality procedures Inspect parts using gaging and measuring equipment to ensure specifications are met

Qualifications:

Some experience operating press machines preferred Basic math skills required Familiarity with gaging and measuring tools Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods (up to 8 hours) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Forklift experience is a plus We're looking for someone dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
