Job Description

Grinder Technician The Grinder Technician is responsible for operating grinding equipment used in spring manufacturing . This position focuses on producing high-quality parts that meet strict dimensional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate grinding machinery for spring processing (not deburring) Measure parts using dial calipers and other precision tools Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications Make minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality Follow safety procedures in a loud, industrial environment Work independently while maintaining production standards
Requirements:
Ability to read and use precision measuring tools (calipers preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic math and measurement skills Ability to work in a manufacturing/production setting Comfortable working around loud machinery
Work Environment:
Industrial, high-noise production floor Independent, task-focused role
Compensation:
