Job Summary We are an established employee-owned precision grinding and machine shop in Dallas, TX looking for dependable individuals to join our team as Grinder / Machine Operators . No previous grinding or machining experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do As a Grinder / Machine Operator, you will learn to operate precision grinding and manufacturing equipment used to produce parts according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities include:

Learn to set up and operate grinding and other production machinery Load and unload parts from machines Follow work orders and job instructions Learn to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings Learn to use precision measuring tools, including micrometers, calipers, and gauges Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications Monitor machines during operation Make basic machine adjustments as needed Maintain accurate production and inspection records Keep machines and work areas clean and organized Follow company quality and safety procedures Work with supervisors and other team members to meet production requirements Perform other shop and manufacturing duties as needed What We're Looking For No previous machining or grinding experience is required.
