CENTERLESS GRINDER Stone Bridge Personnel | Fort Worth, TX Stone Bridge Personnel is currently seeking experienced Centerless Grinders to join our client's manufacturing team in Fort Worth, TX. We are looking for skilled trade professionals with 3-5 years of centerless grinding experience. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, experience operating and setting up centerless grinding equipment, and a commitment to quality and precision. Centerless Grinder ️
CENTERLESS GRINDER RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate centerless grinding machines to produce precision components Set up and adjust centerless grinding equipment Adjust grinding wheels, regulating wheels, guides, and tooling Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions Maintain proper dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes Identify and troubleshoot grinding or machine issues Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Meet production schedules and maintain consistent product quality ✅
QUALIFICATIONS 3-5
years of Centerless Grinder experience required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience setting up and operating centerless grinding machinery Knowledge of grinding wheels, tooling, and machine adjustments Ability to read blueprints and technical specifications Experience using precision measuring tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Reliable transportation required Ability to work overtime when needed
