Job Description

Bring your precision skills to a growing manufacturing operation in Lorton, VA where engineered components and quality workmanship make a real difference. This Waterjet Operator opportunity offers hands-on shop work, training support, and a direct-hire path with a team focused on performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Waterjet Operator position include: At least 6 months of recent hands-on waterjet operating experience required. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Shop math skills and basic troubleshooting. Set up and operate waterjet equipment to repeat production cutting large sheets into squares/rectangles and adding holes. Perform inspections, make adjustments, and handle minor maintenance. CAD and waterjet programming/toolpath experience is a plus; training is available.
Salary:
$25-$28/hr; may consider $29-$30/hr for a strong candidate.
