We are a manufacturer of structural parts for the leading original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) in the large business and regional jet markets. Job Description:
This position offers level 1
  • Journey Lvl.
Wage scale posted reflects through all levels. The Deburr Technician blends mismatches and edge breaks parts to customer specifications. What will my responsibilities include? With minimal supervision understands and is able to meet customer requirements, such as BAC 5300 and
BAC 5730.
Uses Technician tools such as deburr guns, pencil grinders, etc. to meet customer specifications. Follows all safety guidelines established by the Company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures. Other duties as assigned. What key skills and experience do I need? Demonstrates a good attitude toward work and arrives on time for start of shift. Follows instructions and demonstrates strong attention to detail. Communicates well verbally and in writing. Mechanically inclined, with good manual dexterity.

Salary Offering:
$23.00 per hour to $28.00 per hour Shift available: M-TH, 5:00am

  • work 33 hours, paid for 40 (weekend night shift) or work 36 hours, paid for 40 (weekend day shift) Shift Differentials
  • $4.00 per hour (weekday night shift), $2.00 per hour (weekend day shift), $4.00 per hour (weekend night shift) Eligible employees are also offered 401k, PTO, 80 hours of paid holiday per calendar year, and other compensation (as applicable).
