Hepa vacuum, wipe, and encapsulation. Making sure the work area is always clean and presentable. Follow OSHA, and AQMD guidelines. Candidates must be in good physical condition and able to perform the following on a regular basis: Lift, push, and pull objects up to 40 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday Prolonged standing and walking on hard surfaces, including concrete, for extended periods Walking on uneven, sloped, or debris-covered surfaces while maintaining balance and stability Repeated bending and stooping at the waist to ground level throughout the shift Repeated kneeling and returning to a standing position without assistance Sustained squatting while working at low heights Climbing and descending ladders safely while carrying tools or materials Ascending and descending stairs while carrying loads Sustained overhead work with arms raised above shoulder height Reaching, extending, and placing materials at heights up to 6 feet Full range of neck and head movement for site awareness and proper PPE fitting Gripping, operating, and controlling hand tools for sustained periods Carrying loads by handle (buckets, bags, equipment) for extended distances Sustaining moderate to heavy physical exertion while wearing full PPE including Tyvek suit and respirator Tolerating elevated temperatures and reduced airflow associated with wearing protective suits Exposure to sharp tools, materials, and equipment requiring adherence to safety procedures and use of appropriate PPE Maintaining cardiovascular endurance sufficient to sustain physical labor throughout a full shift
