We're known for fast response, quality workmanship, and taking care of our people. We're launching a new Environmental Abatement Division — asbestos, lead, and mold — and we're looking for the leader who will build it from the ground up. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: you won't be inheriting someone else's processes. You'll build the crews, the systems, and the reputation of this division — with the full backing of an established restoration company and a steady pipeline of work from day one. What You'll Do Build and lead our new abatement division: hire, train, and manage abatement supervisors and technicians Oversee asbestos, lead, and mold abatement projects from estimate through clearance Perform site assessments, develop scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates Ensure full compliance with Cal/OSHA, AQMD, EPA, CDPH, and CSLB regulations on every job Manage regulatory notifications, air monitoring coordination, waste manifesting, and project documentation Develop and maintain written safety programs, SOPs, and training schedules Work as and alongside our restoration project managers to deliver seamless turnkey projects for clients and insurance carriers Manage division P&L, equipment, and vendor relationships
