San Diego, CA Pay:
$20-$28 per hour/ (Based on Experience) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Abatement Technician to join our growing team in Phoenixville, PA. This role involves performing asbestos, lead, and mold remediation, following strict safety protocols, and supporting property restoration projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality work. Key Responsibilities Perform asbestos abatement in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct mold remediation and restoration services Follow all OSHA safety standards and maintain proper PPE usage Set up containment areas and maintain a safe, clean job site Operate tools and equipment related to abatement and restoration Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Assist with job site preparation, demolition, and cleanup Qualifications Experience in asbestos abatement and/or mold remediation required Active Asbestos certifications, required Lead certification, considered a plus, but not required Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures Familiarity with construction materials and basic building structures Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and confined spaces Valid driver's license preferred Work Environment Field-based role in residential and commercial properties Exposure to dust, debris, and confined spaces (PPE provided) Requires physical labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Why Apply Steady, full-time work with a growing company Opportunity to build experience in environmental and restoration services Team-oriented work environment focused on safety and quality Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday, On call availability as needed #ZR
