Water, Fire and Mold Technician:
Inspect damaged property Remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation) Place equipment and set up containment Monitor equipment and document work Load and unload company vehicle Must be able to drive company vehicle Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful Ability to work overtime as needed Benefits for

IICRC Certifications WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT a plus but not required Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration a plus but not required 1-year experience in Water Fire Mold Mitigation a plus but not required Drivers license and clean driving record
