MacPack LLC Brooklyn, MD Job Details Full-time $18 - $22 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Packing Moving English Dangerous goods Hazardous material storage Full Job Description Position will be responsible for the working in our Hazmat Packing Operation. 1-2 Years of Experience with Hazmat Certificate preferred Receive in Hazardous Materials Classify, Pack, and Document Shipments for Ground, Air, and Ocean Maintain all required records for each job Perform weekly inventories Perform other duties as assigned. Office and Warehouse functions including packaging and labeling cargo Knowledge & Skills Skill in safely, effectively and promptly segregating, consolidating hazardous materials. Ability to work independently and with a team. Fluent in reading, writing, speaking and understanding English. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional knowledge/skills may be required Experience & Education Two (2) or more years' of experience working with hazardous hazardous materials or equivalent. Physical Requirements/Working Environment Must be able to lift minimum of fifty (50) pounds and move heavy wheeled equipment. Warehouse Environment - non-climate controlled facility
