Cleaning Technician Location :
Reno, NV Want to make a difference? At Paul Davis Restoration, we help homeowners and businesses recover after disasters so they can focus on what matters most. As a C leaning Technician , you'll work with contents affected by water, fire, mold, and smoke damage. Responsibilities include documenting, packing, transporting, organizing, and cleaning customer belongings, as well as returning restored items to the property once cleaning is complete. Previous dry cleaning, laundry, or textile care experience is highly preferred! Job Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and support to customers during the restoration process Pack, document, transport, clean, and restore customer contents damaged by fire, smoke, and other losses Protect and handle customer belongings with care and professionalism Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records Dry cleaning, laundry, textile care, or contents restoration experience preferred Perform additional duties as assigned by management Required Skills and Abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and respirator FIT test/physical Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in physically demanding environments and extreme temperatures Willingness to learn restoration procedures and safety standards Knowledge of water, fire, and mold restoration practices preferred Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, contractors, and team members Education and Experience Knowledge of practices and procedures of water, fire, mold, and asbestos trades preferred Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solutions, and use of solvents High school diploma or equivalent IICRC certified in any area is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 100 pounds, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders Ability to work in confined spaces, varying weather conditions, and moderate-to-loud noise environments Ability to perform repetitive movements and travel between job sites Ability to safely operate vehicles, machinery, power tools, and heavy equipment Benefits 3 weeks of paid time off 7 company paid holidays 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental, and disability insurance offered On-the-job training to develop new skills
