Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Entry Level Forge Operator and kickstart your career! We currently run 2 shifts, 4 10 hour days.

Shift schedules are:

1st shift is 5:00am to 3:30pm Tuesday - Friday. 2nd shift is 7:15am to 5:45pm Monday - Thursday. No experience is necessary. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop valuable skills of this trade. Responsibilities Set up and operate forging equipment. Use of hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to inspect parts for quality and adherence to specifications. Read and interpret manufacturing instructions to ensure correct fabrication processes. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from standards. Requirements Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and understanding technical drawings. Ability to read tape measure. Familiarity with hand tools, tooling setups, and basic welding techniques is a plus but not required—training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials safely when necessary. $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
