Looking for an Experienced Full-Time Master Jeweler!

The role:

Looking for an experienced full-time master jeweler to join our team in Ventura. 5+ years of bench jeweler experience in skilled trades working with fine metals and the ability to work with all shapes of diamonds and gemstones. Diamond and gemstone knowledge is a must. Preform channel and platinum rebuilds. Experience in various jewelry repairs. Must have experience in setting various shape and size diamonds and gemstones. Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and cleanliness is necessary. Core Responsibilities Master-Level Stone Setting Set elite gemstones including large diamonds, fragile emeralds, and opals. Execute all styles including micro-pave, channel, bezel, flush, and fancy-cut prongs. Rebuild prongs safely directly around high-value customer gemstones. High-Speed Fabrication & Repair Deliver rapid turnaround on sizing, soldering, and daily chain repairs. Build custom jewelry quickly from raw metals, casting trees, or wax models. Restore vintage heirlooms using laser welders and advanced fabrication. Sales Floor Support Give instant structural advice for counter-level repair intake. Enforce quality control to guarantee zero-defect delivery to clients.

Experience & Qualifications Experience :

5+ years of proven, high-volume retail bench experience.

Setting Mastery :

Elite, flawless setting of diamonds and colored gems under micro-optics.

Technical Skill :

Expert speed and precision with platinum, multi-tone gold, and laser systems.

Performance Metrics Turnaround Speed :

48-hour target for standard retail repairs.

Quality Standard :

Less than 1% return-to-bench or stone-loosening rate.

Production Volume :

Meeting or exceeding daily targets for completed jobs
