Hands-On Production & Quality Control Associate (Richemont, SF)
Pay:
$20.00 / hour
Type:
Part-Time to Full-Time (30-40 hours/week)
Hours:
Flexible shifts available Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00

We're expanding our local team and looking for someone who loves working with their hands, taking pride in clean execution, and being an essential part of a tight-knit, fast-moving business. The Role As our Production & Quality Control Associate , you'll be at the heart of our craft. You will bring design components to life by assembling finished pieces, executing meticulous quality checks, and keeping our production pipeline running smoothly. What You'll Do Precision Assembly:
Carefully assemble and fine-tune small product components by hand into finished, retail-ready goods.
Quality Control:
Inspect incoming raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet our strict quality standards.
Workflow & Logistics:
Help manage component inventory, track assembly stages, and organize production flow.
Process Optimization:
Collaborate directly with the core team to brainstorm faster, smarter, and better assembly and QC techniques.

Excited to learn new technical skills and grow alongside a dynamic small business. Prior experience in manual assembly, fine electronics, watch/jewelry assembly, or craft manufacturing is a plus—but a great attitude and steady hands are what matter most!
