Diamond / Gem Setter — Bench Jeweler Brilliance.com | Boynton Beach, FL | $25-$30/hr (DOE, negotiable for top talent) Are you a skilled diamond or gem setter who takes real pride in your bench work? Brilliance.com is hiring — and we want to talk to you. We're a busy, growing shop with steady, consistent volume, and we're looking for a setter who delivers clean, precise work and holds a high standard every time. If you know your craft and care about doing it right, you'll fit right in.
Compensation & Details:
Pay:
$25-$30/hour, based on experience.
Top performers:
We're open to a higher, competitive rate for highly experienced setters based on bench test results.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift.
Benefits:

Location:
On-site in Boynton Beach, FL.
What You'll Be Doing:
Setting diamonds and gemstones — prong, pavé, channel, and more — with precision and consistency. Stone tightening, repairs, and ring sizing. Polishing and finishing to production standards. Working with gold, platinum, and other precious metals. Keeping quality control tight so every piece leaving the bench is clean and secure.
What We're Looking For:
Strong, hands-on diamond/gem setting experience (not entry-level). Comfortable and confident working under a microscope with tight tolerances. A steady hand and a detail-first mindset.
