- Full Time, Downtown Miami Vobara is a custom jewelry factory in the Seybold Building in downtown Miami. We make big, iced-out pieces for the hip hop market: Cuban links, bust-downs, baguette work, heavy pendants and custom 1/1 pieces. We're adding a full-time bench jeweler to our in-house shop. What you'll do:
- Assemble, solder and finish heavy gold pieces: chains, links, pendants, rings and bracelets
- Sizing, repairs, re-tipping and clasp work
- Clean up castings and prep pieces for our setters (we do micro-pave and diamond setting in-house)
- Final polishing and QC before pieces go out What we're looking for:
- Real bench experience in a jewelry shop or factory
- Comfortable with a torch, laser welder and polishing
- Experience on big, heavy pieces and around micro-pave work is a plus
- Reliable and on time, in person at our shop
- English or Spanish (bilingual is great) Pay and schedule:
