Job Description
Diamond Setter (Micro-Pave)
- Full Time, Downtown Miami
- $20-30/hr Vobara is a custom jewelry factory in the Seybold Building in downtown Miami. We make big, iced-out pieces for the hip hop market: Cuban links, bust-downs, baguette work, heavy pendants and custom 1/1 pieces. All setting is done in-house, and we're adding a full-time setter to the bench. What you'll do:
- Set diamonds on production and custom pieces: micro-pave, pave, prong, channel, bezel and baguette layouts
- Work under the scope on heavy gold and platinum pieces
- Check stones for security and finish before pieces leave the bench
- Work with our CAD and bench team to get layouts right What we're looking for:
- Real bench experience setting diamonds (micro-pave a big plus)
- Clean, tight work and a steady hand
- Reliable and on time, in person at our shop
- English or Spanish (bilingual is great) Pay and schedule:
- $20-30/hr depending on experience
- Full time, on-site at the Seybold Building, downtown
