Gaia's Crystal Healing is looking for a creative, energetic, and dependable Sales & Social Media Associate to join our team on weekends. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with in-person sales, online sales, social media, and customer service . The ideal candidate is creative, enjoys working with jewelry, crystals, and handmade products, and can help us grow both our in-person and online presence. Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Responsibilities Assist customers with jewelry, crystals, gifts, and other products Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service Process in-person sales and customer transactions Assist with online sales, product listings, and customer inquiries Create and post engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other online platforms Assist with photos, short videos, Reels, Stories, and product promotions Help showcase new products and merchandise online Assist with merchandising, displays, organization, and inventory Help maintain an attractive and welcoming sales area Assist with weekend promotions and special events Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish - Required Must be available both Saturdays and Sundays Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable using social media and technology Reliable, responsible, and punctual Comfortable being creative and helping generate content Interest in jewelry, crystals, handmade products, wellness, or related products is strongly preferred

- Jewelry Making / Artisan Experience We are especially interested in candidates with artisan or jewelry-making skills. Experience with any of the following is a major plus: Wire wrapping Handmade jewelry Beading Crystal jewelry Bracelet or necklace making Jewelry assembly or repair Working with stones, crystals, wire, clasps, or similar materials Other handmade or artisan crafts If you create jewelry or handmade products, please include photos or examples of your work with your application. Social Media & Online Sales Experience - Plus Experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, online stores, product photography, Canva, content creation, or digital marketing is highly preferred.
