Key Responsibilities Childcare & Newborn Care:

Provide attentive, safe, and nurturing care tailored to the unique developmental needs of a newborn and a preschooler.

Early Childhood Engagement:

Create and implement age-appropriate activities, sensory play, language development exercises, and structured routines for the 3-year-old.

Infant Care Management:

Manage feeding schedules, nap routines, diapering, and milestone tracking for the newborn.

Bilingual Immersion:

Engage with both children in English and Spanish to promote early bilingual language development.

Routine & Structure:

Balance the dual dynamics of a toddler and an infant, establishing cohesive daily schedules that support both children's growth and well-being.

Child-Related Housekeeping:

Handle light child-focused tasks, including maintaining tidy play areas, laundering the children's clothes, and ensuring age-appropriate meals and snacks are prepared for the toddler.

Communication:

Maintain open, daily communication with the parents regarding routines, developmental wins, and scheduling.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) , Child Development, REQUIRED.

Language Requirements:

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent verbal and written communication in both languages is required).

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5+ years of professional nanny experience, with proven experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously.

Work Authorization:

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and must be able to travel abroad with no restrictions.

Background Check:

Clear criminal background check mandatory (comprehensive background screening will be conducted), along with strong professional references.

Certifications:

CPR and First Aid Certified (Infant/Pediatric).

Location & Travel:

Based in or near the 33187 zip code area with a reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and valid driver's license.

Hours:
