As we continue to grow in 2026, we are looking for a master of the craft—a dedicated Bench Jeweler who views jewelry not just as a product, but as a piece of art. The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to join our production and repair operations. Our shop balances traditional artistry with cutting-edge technology; the ideal candidate is equally comfortable with a torch as they are with a laser welder. You will be responsible for everything from routine maintenance to complex custom builds and intricate restorations, ensuring every piece leaves our bench in flawless condition.

Key Responsibilities Precision Welding & Soldering:

Utilize both traditional torch soldering and advanced laser welding to execute seamless repairs and fabrications without compromising the integrity of the metal or heat-sensitive stones.

Stone Setting:

Professionally set a wide variety of stones, including prong, bezel, and channel settings.

Expert Repair:

Perform high-quality repairs on gold, platinum, and silver jewelry, restoring vintage pieces and maintaining modern ones.

Ring Sizing:

Perform precise ring sizing (upsizing and downsizing) while maintaining a seamless, invisible join.

Custom Fabrication:

Assist in the creation of custom jewelry pieces based on client specifications and CAD-driven designs.

Finishing & Polishing:

Provide professional-grade polishing, rhodium plating, and final finishing to ensure a mirror-like glow.

Required Qualifications Proven Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working at a jeweler's bench.

Technology Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience with Laser Welding and traditional torch work.

Casting :

understanding of the casting process and clean up.

Material Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the properties of various precious metals and gemstones.

Precision:

Ability to work under a microscope for intricate repairs and settings.

Reliability:
