We're looking for a friendly, creative, and dependable team member who loves jewelry, enjoys connecting with customers, and has an eye for detail. We're a small, woman-owned business specializing in permanent jewelry, charm bars, and handcrafted beaded jewelry. This position combines customer service, sales, and hands-on jewelry making in a fun, creative retail environment.
Position Details Pay:
$18-$20/hour, based on previous jewelry experience, plus 100% of tips!

Weekday evenings: 4-8
PM Saturdays:
11 AM-5
PM Sundays:
12-4 PM Evening and weekend availability is essential. Specific shifts will be coordinated with our existing team. Assist customers with selecting and trying on permanent jewelry chains. Help customers customize their jewelry with charms and accessories. Recommend coordinating pieces, charms, and upgrades to increase sales. Explain jewelry pricing, services, and care instructions. Process transactions and assist with appointments. Jewelry Making & Production Create beaded bracelets, necklaces, and other handcrafted jewelry between customers. Assist with jewelry production for our retail partners, including Made in KC and other local stores. Follow established designs and quality standards. Package and prepare finished jewelry for retail. Studio & Display Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming jewelry space. Keep jewelry displays attractive, stocked, and organized. Restock chains, charms, and retail merchandise. Organize supplies and assist with inventory. Complete opening and closing procedures. Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is: Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers. Dependable, organized, and able to work independently. Creative, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with their hands. Comfortable with sales and recommending additional products. Self-motivated and able to stay productive during slower periods. Available for evening and weekend shifts. Previous jewelry-making, retail, or customer service experience is preferred. Permanent jewelry experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
