Make An Impact:
We are seeking a proactive, agile, and detail-oriented Jewelry Designer to join our creative team. Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director, you will play a key role in bringing innovative, high-retail jewelry collections to life-from initial trend research and fast-to-market capsule concepts to precise technical production drawings. This role offers an exciting blend of day-to-day creative collaboration, technical design execution, and strategic expansion into new lines (including a new Men's capsule). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adapts seamlessly to evolving design directions, and maintains high standards of precision and clear communication across internal teams and external vendors. What you will do in this role:
Daily Collaboration:
Work closely with the Senior Creative Director on daily design needs, collection concepts, and brand direction.
Fast-to-Market Capsules:
Stay ahead of global jewelry trends and partner with the Senior Creative Director to quickly design and launch "fast" and "super-fast" capsule collections to capture real-time market opportunities.
Men's Line Expansion:
Lead design development, alongside the Senior Creative Director, for an upcoming new Men's Jewelry capsule.
Team Support:
Provide hands-on assistance to the broader creative team during critical project milestones and launch deadlines.
Detailed Technical Specs:
Create clear, highly detailed technical design specs/CAD drawings ready for factory development.
Factory & PD Liaison:
Maintain clear, effective technical communication with vendors, manufacturers, and internal Product Development teams to ensure design integrity and timely execution.
Who You Are:
Requirements Experience:
3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally within one or more high-end retail or fashion brands.
Background:
Prior experience in fashion design is welcomed; a strong background in Jewelry Design is preferred.
Software Proficiency:
Expert mastery of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (required). Hands-on 3D modeling experience in Rhinoceros (a strong plus).
Agile & Proactive:
Highly fast-to-action with a "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency.
Adaptable:
Comfortable navigating the fluid, iterative nature of the creative and development processes.
Trend-Aware:
Passionate about market intelligence and deeply tuned into global trends within the jewelry industry.
Strong Communicator:
Clear, precise communicator capable of bridging creative concepts with technical vendor specifications.
