If you take pride in precision craftsmanship and enjoy working hands‑on with fine jewelry, this role gives you the space to shine. You'll handle a variety of bench tasks—from sizing and soldering to stone setting and rhodium plating—ensuring every piece meets our high standards of quality and beauty. Key Responsibilities Perform ring sizing, including up‑sizing and down‑sizing with clean, seamless finishes Execute soldering and laser welding on gold, silver, and platinum pieces Complete stone setting for diamonds and gemstones (prong, bezel, channel, pavé, etc.) Carry out rhodium plating with proper prep, masking, and finishing techniques Repair and restore chains, clasps, and bracelets, including re‑linking and rebuilding components Polish and finish jewelry to a high‑quality shine Inspect pieces for structural integrity and ensure all work meets quality standards Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient bench area Qualifications Professional experience as a Bench Jeweler or equivalent hands‑on jewelry repair role Strong proficiency in soldering, stone setting, and rhodium plating Ability to perform chain repairs, clasp replacements, and general restoration work Solid understanding of jewelry construction and repair techniques Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing clean, precise work Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to daily tasks Two to five years of bench jeweler experience What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience A supportive, creative environment where craftsmanship is valued Opportunities to grow your skills and advance within the company Health Benefits Vacation and PTO Employee purchase discounts
