Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in the field while always having access to technical resources and assistance by phone. Following training, the independent technician will be paid commission on all successfully completed jobs so that their contribution to the customer and the company are directly tied to their compensation. Once fully vested, our annual profit sharing model also incentivizes productivity. Work involves unlocking buildings, duplicating keys, keying lock cylinders, repairing, replacing, and installing all types of door hardware, replacing hollow metal doors and frames, repairing and installing electronic access control components and systems, and potentially safe, vault, and ATM service and opening. We work in a variety of settings including but not limited to: industrial buildings, schools, banks, restaurants, office buildings, and detention centers.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
