We are seeking a skilled and Experienced CNC Machinist to join our growing precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining, with an emphasis on Mazak Horizontal Mills . While your primary focus will be mastering our Mazak horizontal setups, our shop floor also features CNC Lathes and Vertical Mills . Core Responsibilities Setup and Operate:

Independently set up, program tweak, and operate Mazak Horizontal Mills and Lathes using Mazatrol and/or G-code controls.

Multi-Machine Versatility:

Efficiently transition to set up and operate CNC Lathes and Vertical Mills as production needs dictate.

Blueprint Proficiency:

Read and interpret complex engineering blueprints, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and job routing sheets.

Quality Control:

Inspect your own parts using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with strict tolerances.

Maintenance & Safety:

Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Qualifications & Requirements Mazak Expertise:

Proven, hands-on experience specifically setting up and running Mazak Horizontal Mills .

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling selections, and material properties (aluminum and steel).

Troubleshooting:

Ability to diagnose machining issues and make necessary offsets or programming edits at the machine console.
