Direct Hire Pay:

$25.00 - $33.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team in Adelanto, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC machines while producing high-quality precision parts in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Perform first article and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools. Make machine offsets and adjustments to maintain part quality. Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet delivery schedules. Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience. Experience with machine setup, tool changes, and offsets. Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T. Proficient with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
