Job Description

Experience:
Mid Level Salary:
$30 - $40 per hour Job Details - We are seeking an experienced Thread Roll Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting thread rolling equipment to produce high-quality components that meet customer specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong machining experience, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency using precision measuring instruments.
Hours:
1st shift and 2nd shift available 1st Shift (4AM-230PM) 2nd Shift (230PM-1AM) will work 2 Saturdays per month
Days:
Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities Set up and operate thread rolling machines to produce parts according to engineering specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings. Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity. Troubleshoot equipment, tooling, and production issues. Complete production records, inspection reports, and other required documentation. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Qualifications 3+ years of experience operating and setting up thread rolling equipment in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Experience in aerospace, fastener, automotive, or precision manufacturing environments is preferred. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery and metal products.
