Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and quality teams to optimize machining processes. Maintain clean and organized work areas while following all safety protocols. Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend process improvements. Support production schedules and meet deadlines for high-priority projects. Qualifications 5+ years of experience operating CNC machining equipment, with strong experience in 5-axis machining. Experience working in aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of multi-axis machining processes and toolpath strategies. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T. Experience machining large and complex components using multi-axis equipment. Strong knowledge of cutting tools, materials, and machining techniques. Ability to work independently and make adjustments to improve part quality and efficiency. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CAM software and editing programs at the machine. Familiarity with large-scale machining, including horizontal mills or boring mills. Experience working with tight-tolerance aerospace components. Knowledge of
